Thank you for shopping with Cards Flip. This Pre-Order Policy explains the terms and conditions that apply to all pre-order purchases made through our store.

What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows customers to reserve products before they become available for immediate shipment. Pre-order items may include upcoming releases, limited-edition products, or items currently awaiting stock arrival.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time a pre-order is placed. Your order will be processed and reserved once payment has been successfully received.

Estimated Release and Shipping Dates

Any release dates, arrival dates, or shipping estimates displayed on our website are provided by manufacturers, distributors, or suppliers and are subject to change without notice.

While we strive to provide accurate estimates, delays may occur due to production schedules, supplier issues, shipping disruptions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Combined Orders

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may be held until all items are available for shipment.

To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Delays

Cards Flip is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that estimated release and shipping dates may change.

Cancellations

Pre-order cancellation requests must be submitted before the product has been processed for shipment.

Once a pre-order item has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refunds

If a pre-order is canceled and approved by Cards Flip before shipment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Product Changes

Manufacturers may occasionally modify product packaging, contents, artwork, promotional materials, or release dates. Such changes are outside the control of Cards Flip and do not qualify as defects.
